We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and cancellation policy before placing an order.

Standard Training Manuals

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please email info@safetypublishing.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating that you wish to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned manuals should be securely packaged and handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition. We may make a deduction for any reduction in value caused by excessive handling.

Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them.

We will refund the price paid for the returned goods and, where the entire order is cancelled under your statutory cancellation rights, the original standard delivery charge (up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option).

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Personalised Training Manuals

Manuals produced with personalised covers, including your company logo, branding or other customer-specific information, are made to your specifications.

The statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to genuinely personalised products.

Once production has begun, we may be unable to cancel or amend your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Business and Bulk Orders

Orders placed wholly or mainly for business purposes are not covered by the statutory consumer 14-day cancellation right.

If you wish to cancel or return a business order, please contact us. Returns of correctly supplied standard manuals are subject to our prior agreement.

Personalised or specially produced business orders are generally non-returnable unless faulty, incorrect or otherwise not supplied in accordance with the contract.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items or has a printing defect, please contact us at info@safetypublishing.co.uk.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is necessary.
