We aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide a reliable delivery service throughout the United Kingdom.

Our delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout according to the total order value.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the order value after any applicable discounts.

We offer next-working-day delivery as standard for eligible UK orders, subject to stock availability and courier services.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday, will normally be dispatched the same working day, provided the items are in stock.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays, will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders dispatched using our next-working-day service will normally arrive on the following working day.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote locations may take longer.

Personalised manuals require additional production time before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We use trusted delivery providers, including DPD and Royal Mail.

The delivery provider will be selected according to the size, weight and destination of your order.

Where tracking is available, details will be provided following dispatch.

Orders containing manuals with personalised covers may require additional production time.

We will provide an estimated dispatch date where appropriate.

Delivery times for personalised orders begin once production has been completed and the order has been dispatched.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant courier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
